House of the Carraresi

Situated in the historic centre of the city, in Via Palestro, near the famous Fish Market and the Cagnan river. It’s a noble palace from the 1200s, built in a perfect Gothic style with exposed bricks. The original use of the house is not certain although some documents make reference to a pub named Croce. Today, after a restoration in 1980, it’s an art gallery for local and international exhibitions. It’s also used as a convention centre.
