The Capital is a small rectangular votive building located at the northern foot of Montello, in the hamlet of Santa Mama. It is an ancient 14th Century Shrine, supposedly built by someone who remained anonymous as an ex voto for escaping the attack of a pack of wolves (in Venetian lovi), in fact we can see some early frescoes depicting two wolves on the walls.
