Built around the beginning of the 1700’s, it was home to the noble Scotti family, subsequently it was used as barracks in the XIV century. The building is close to the Latin Neighborhood. Today is being used by some offices for the City Hall and as an art gallery. There are some remnants of past civilizations such as the stairs in Baroque style and the ceilings depicting scenes of Roman history.
