In the Cathedral of Santa Maria Nova di Serravalle there is the altarpiece with Madonna and Saints Andrea and Pietro Apostolo built in the late ’40s of 1500. The great work depicts the scene of miraculous fishing deduced from the cardboard for tapestries by Raphael.

This altarpiece, the pride of the whole of Serravalle, was commissioned by the community in 1542 and completed in 1547.
